Tony Mann, Clinical Research Operations, B Comm (marketing)

Tony has been involved with the pharmaceutical industry since 1984 and in clinical research since 1987. Having started with Astra Respiratory as a medical detailer, a subsequent move to E.R Squibb was the forerunner for a long and productive relationship with the Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) Pharmaceutical Research Institute operating in Australia and New Zealand. Experience was gained in multiple therapeutic areas providing the opportunity to participate in the clinical trial process from early Phase 1 to late Phase 111 trials.

Activities have ranged from SOP preparation, inputting to protocol design, development of case report forms, identification of investigative sites, budgetary preparation, Ethical/Regulatory submissions, monitoring and Project Management of clinical research trials in therapeutic areas covering Cardiology, Endocrinology, Central Nervous System, Oncology, Anti-Infective, Pain. In addition, tertiary qualifications in Marketing have provided the ability to assist with market size determinations and in targeting the clinical research plan to meet the commercial needs. 

In addition to the above services, RAL works with a number of like minded professionals who collectively provide, Clinical Trial Design, Statistics, Data Base Design and Management, Regulatory, Health Economics, Training and general Medical Affairs solutions for your project.
